little gran was the sweetist gran you could have asked for she was born in irland cork and came over when she was 14 by her brother maried late in life and had 3 beautiful daugters then lost her husband james when my mum was 15 gran never remarried because no one was good enough but had a few offers over the years. my gran was a proud women hard working and loved her family. she also loved her small flat in clayton but unfortunity she had to give it up and go in to greenaches nurseing home and just greatfull she wasnt their long it wasnt nice and she passed away peacefully 6 months later my son her great grand son was 6 months and she loved him so much she was very proud of me and my sister xx
